Here’s how Interweave Consulting & Reliance Retail’s leadership helped enable every woman leader’s journey.

What Interweave set out to do.

A holistic program to prepare participants for leadership roles, opportunities and challenges was at the heart of our mission and included the following milestones –

  • Augment leadership competencies and managerial capabilities.
  • Embolden participants with strong career development strategies.
  • Enable women leaders to become powerful contributors to long-term corporate success.

A POWERFUL AND IMMERSIVE INTERVENTION

– Designed and facilitated by Interweave Consulting

The program was mindfully designed for women leaders to re-examine and challenge traditional boundaries and develop a sense of desire, legitimacy, and entitlement for leadership. A pre-workshop survey helped set up the AS-IS state of participants helping the team at Interweave custom design the modules to the individual and collective needs of participants.

Insights from the survey led to the creation of a 6-month program designed to create competency building interactions, classroom modules, and innovative learning engagements with the participants.

What the 6 months integrated virtual program included :

  1. ClassRoom Training

    The training focused on personal branding, networking and influencing skills, work-life balance, managing inner and external conflict, and goal setting.

  2. Deeply collaborative and innovative journey of Self Discovery

    Each participant’s journey was triggered through participative tools such as self-awareness assessments, innovative simulation exercises, role play-based learning, and art inspired training methodologies.

  3. Nudge calls to help participants put their leadership strategies into practice.

    Interweave actively engaged with individual participants through – regular ‘nudge’ calls. The calls helped participants actively exercise leadership strategies and hone their individual leadership styles.

  4. Designed a unique internal mentoring program to keep leaders learning.

    A structured internal mentoring program custom-designed for Reliance Retail identified internal mentors and created learning opportunities designed to boost confidence across business interactions and scenarios. This learning was facilitated through interactive internal workshops.

Impact of Interweave’s Women’s Leadership intervention at Reliance Retail.

  1. It enabled Reliance Retail to foster a culture of inclusiveness by connecting high potential women who can lean on each other for continuous support and learning.
  2. The platform led to an active digital community of Reliance women leaders supporting each other on their leadership journey.
  3. The participants felt more confident and capable of bringing an evolved approach to their management style.
